We're searching for a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead one of the most respected steakhouses in the market. As General Manager, you'll own every part of the operation. You'll shape the culture, drive the numbers, and create the kind of dining experiences guests remember and come back for. This role rewards leaders who bring energy, discipline, and a genuine passion for hospitality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily steakhouse operations, ensuring seamless service, exceptional food quality, and a standout guest experience every shift.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the front-of-house team, building a culture of accountability, pride, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive financial performance by owning the P&L, hitting sales targets, and protecting profitability without compromising quality.
  • Manage food and labor costs through smart scheduling, accurate ordering, inventory control, and disciplined cost management.
  • Champion guest satisfaction by setting high service standards, resolving concerns quickly, and building loyalty that keeps tables full.
  • Maintain full compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations at all times.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, mentoring your team toward stronger performance and long-term career growth.
  • Partner with the culinary team to uphold menu execution, consistency, and the standards your guests expect from a premier steakhouse.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, preferably in an upscale or high-volume steakhouse or full-service environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building, motivating, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Direct P&L accountability, with a strong grasp of financial reporting, cost controls, and profit drivers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a guest-first mindset.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Strong wine and craft cocktail knowledge, with the ability to elevate the beverage program and guide your team.
  • Knowledge of current food, beverage, and hospitality trends.
  • Proficiency with restaurant POS systems and inventory management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
