Job Title: Senior F&B Manager, Lodge & Spa
Concept Type: Upscale Resort
Location: Wyoming
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
Set across nearly 30,000 acres of secluded Wyoming wilderness, this award-winning luxury ranch destination has built its reputation on authentic western hospitality paired with a level of culinary and service excellence rarely found outside major metros. With a working farm, its own creamery, bakery, distillery, and wine cellar, and a culture built around craftsmanship and guest connection, this is a team where hospitality professionals do their best, not just clock in. Culture here isn't a buzzword on a careers page. It's reflected in the multi-generational homestead heritage, the investment in genuine guest experiences, and the pride the entire operation takes in exceeding expectations at every turn.
We are seeking a Senior F&B Manager for the Lodge & Spa to lead food and beverage operations at its flagship all-inclusive property. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to take ownership of a high-performing division within an operation built on elevated cuisine, farm-to-table sourcing, and genuine guest care. Apply today for the Senior F&B Manager, Lodge & Spa role in Wyoming, and bring your leadership to a team that takes food and service seriously, without losing the warmth that makes this place special.
Job Qualifications
- Recent experience at a 4-star or higher hotel, resort, or restaurant, elevated service standards required, though not necessarily fine dining.
- Experience must include a 3-meal-a-day restaurant operation.
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role overseeing food and beverage teams.
- Strong knowledge of food, food preparation methods, alcoholic beverages, and current industry trends, with the ability to apply that knowledge to menu development.
- Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in preparing accurate, professional reports.
- Solid mathematical skills to manage forecasts, budgets, and cost calculations for food, beverages, and labor.
- Must have a personal vehicle and 7 years of driving history with a clean record.
Job Responsibilities
As Senior F&B Manager for the Lodge & Spa, you will lead the food and beverage division for one of the property's signature accommodations, setting the pace for performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Responsibilities include:
- Establish division goals, analyze financial reports, and anticipate trends to drive profit and control costs.
- Interviewing, hiring, training, and developing a team of food and beverage professionals.
- Evaluating staff performance and managing disciplinary and counseling actions when necessary.
- Managing budgets and allocating resources to meet competing operational demands.
- Partnering closely with culinary leadership to maintain consistency across a 3-meal-a-day service model.
- Upholding hospitality standards that reflect the property's commitment to guest experience and operational excellence.
- Building and leading a team culture rooted in accountability, consistency, and genuine guest care.
Success in this role means leadership presence on the floor, sharp attention to detail, and the operational discipline to keep a high-volume, high-standard F&B division running at its best, every meal, every day.
Benefits
- Competitive salary of $75,000 - $80,000
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
- Paid Time Off
