Hotel Director of Food & Beverage

Naples, Florida

An established upscale hotel in Naples is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead a multi-outlet operation that plays a central role in the guest experience. This is an opportunity to oversee restaurant, bar, banquet, and event operations while partnering closely with the executive leadership team to elevate service, drive financial performance, and develop a strong leadership bench.

The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality leader who is equally comfortable on the floor during peak service and in the boardroom reviewing financial results and operational strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Lead all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquet and catering services, and in-room dining, where applicable.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop department leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and hospitality.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, labor, purchasing, and cost controls to maximize profitability without compromising the guest experience.
  • Analyze operating results and implement strategies to improve revenue and departmental performance.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef on menu development, promotions, and operational execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and beverage regulations.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, purchasing, inventory controls, and product quality.
  • Direct hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and succession planning across the Food & Beverage division.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to support group business, special events, and overall hotel initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Five or more years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience within a full-service hotel or upscale resort.
  • Proven success managing multiple dining outlets and banquet operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing management teams.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence throughout daily operations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with guests, associates, and ownership.
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety, beverage operations, and hospitality compliance standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Compensation & Details

  • Base Salary: $120,000–$130,000
  • Performance bonus opportunity.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement benefits.
