Title of Position – Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager oversees all aspects of the restaurant operations. To be a successful Restaurant General Manager, you must first build an exceptional team. Recruiting, hiring, training, developing, mentoring and maintaining a quality staff leads to consistent turnout on all levels, from the Front of House to the Back of House. Administrative duties include, but are not limited to: strong P&L analysis skills, cost control, timely completion of financial reports, delegation throughout the management team and maintaining staff files. Our Restaurant General Manager should have a positive attitude and be goal oriented and results driven.

Qualifications:

• Three plus years of general management experience in a high volume atmosphere is a must for the Restaurant General Manager.
• A requirement for the Restaurant General Manager is a passion for the development and mentoring of others.
