Restaurant Manager (FOH) - Full-Service Concept

Looking for a solid FOH Restaurant Manager who loves hospitality and knows how to lead a team in a busy, full-service spot here in Bethlehem, PA.

We're a high-volume restaurant with a great team and loyal guests, and we need a hands-on leader to help run the front. You'll work closely with our GM and management team to keep service sharp, staff motivated, and guests happy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running the day-to-day FOH - staffing, training, coaching, and keeping the floor tight
• Taking care of guests and making sure every experience is a great one
• Helping manage costs, drive sales, and hit financial goals
• Building a positive, team-first culture
• Keeping things clean, safe, and organized

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years managing FOH in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• A true people person - you know how to lead, teach, and motivate
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• You get the numbers - labor, service, guest satisfaction
• Open availability and a flexible schedule
