A respected, locally operated full?service restaurant group with locations across Virginia and the Carolinas is opening a brand?new restaurant in the Chesapeake / Virginia Beach market. We are searching for a hands?on Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of full?service management experience to help lead this exciting new opening.
This is a no?bar, non?late?night concept focused on great food, genuine hospitality, and a strong quality?of?life culture for its managers and teams.
What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily front?of?house operations and lead a service team with energy and professionalism
• Work shoulder?to?shoulder with your staff throughout the shift — coaching, supporting, and elevating the guest experience
• Maintain operational excellence, service standards, and team accountability
• Partner closely with the Managing Partner and contribute to a positive, people?first culture
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and shift execution
• Help build a strong team and a successful new location from day one

• Up to $70,000 annual salary
