We are currently seeking an outstanding Kitchen Manager for our Robinson Township, PA location to lead the Heart of the House.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a Kitchen Manager in Robinson Township, PA who has "a motor" — a sense of urgency, pride in craft, and the drive to lead a high-volume kitchen with excellence.

Experience: 2+ years of Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Leader, or Back-of-House Management experience in fast-casual, full-service, or quick-service restaurants. High-volume BBQ, smokehouse, or scratch-kitchen experience is a major plus.

Culinary Expertise: Deep knowledge of food safety, sanitation, proper smoking / grilling techniques, prep procedures, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and consistency.

Tenure: A history of solid tenure and career progression is required; we are looking for committed leaders for our Robinson Township team, not job hoppers.

Availability: Must have full weekend availability (days and nights) and be comfortable working a 48-50 hour work week in our Robinson Township, PA restaurant.

Leadership Style: Must embody a "Hungry, Humble, and Smart" approach with a true Servant's Heart — prioritizing coaching, team building, and relationships over strictly operational checklists.

People Developer: Proven track record of developing people, building a bench of future leaders, and driving high retention in the kitchen.

Job Responsibilities

The Kitchen Manager selected for this Robinson Township, PA location will be the backbone of our operation and a guardian of our culture.

Lead the Heart of the House: As the Kitchen Manager in Robinson Township, PA, you will oversee all daily BOH operations, ensuring every brisket, pulled pork, and turkey is smoked low and slow to perfection.

Team Development: Coach, mentor, train, and inspire your kitchen team. Create a positive, disciplined, and high-energy environment where teammates love to come to work.

Operational Excellence: Ensure uncompromising food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service. Own the line during peak hours and maintain urgency.

Financial Management: Actively manage inventory, ordering, labor scheduling, and food cost controls to hit targets and maximize profitability for the Robinson Township, PA restaurant.
