Hotel General Manager

Location: San Antonio, Texas area

Salary: $95K - $110K + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the overall operations of both the hotel and restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hotel and restaurant operations.
• Oversee Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant service, staffing, cost controls, and quality standards.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency across both areas.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain exceptional guest service and ensure brand and quality standards are consistently met.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, inventory, and overall financial performance.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and service-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Strong Food & Beverage/Restaurant management experience is required.
• Demonstrated success managing both hotel and restaurant operations.
• Strong financial, leadership, and operational management skills.
• High-energy, hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
