Title of Position - Restaurant General Manager

Job Description:

The Restaurant General Manager will lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including team development, guest satisfaction, sales growth, cost controls, and profitability. This leader will recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team while creating a positive culture built around accountability and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience, solid P&L knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead from the floor. Experienced Assistant General Managers who are ready to take ownership of their own restaurant are strongly encouraged to apply.
