Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated General Manager to lead our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a great attitude, strong personality, positive energy, and a passion for developing people and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys leading from the front, and knows how to build a fun, positive, and accountable team culture. We will consider experienced GM's, AGM's, or Kitchen Managers

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong, hands-on leadership and lead by example every day.
• Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and quickly resolve guest concerns.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance while controlling labor and food costs.
• Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and company policies.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, waste, and cost controls.
• Develop future leaders and create opportunities for team growth and advancement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, positivity, and fun.
• Ensure the restaurant consistently meets or exceeds company expectations and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager, Restaurant Management or Kitchen Management experience, preferably within a Quick Service or Fast Casual environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and high energy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, food costs, and profitability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
