The Opportunity

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the restaurant, responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while driving sales, profitability, team performance, and operational excellence.

What You Bring

Restaurant Management Experience

At least 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.

A Passion for Leadership

You enjoy coaching, mentoring, and developing people—and understand that strong teams create strong restaurants.

Integrity & Guest Focus

You lead with honesty, professionalism, and accountability while keeping the guest experience at the center of your decisions.

Operational Strength

You understand what it takes to run a successful restaurant and can balance people, service, quality, and financial performance.

Flexibility

You’re willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and additional shifts when the business requires it.
