Job Qualifications

The ideal General Manager for our Greensburg, PA location will have:

·       1+ year of General Manager experience

·       Restaurant or food-industry leadership experience

·       Full-scale, dine-in breakfast concept experience

·       Inventory counting and management experience

·       Proven ability to control food cost

·       Proven ability to manage labor cost and staffing

·       Experience driving comparable sales and profitability metrics

·       Strong understanding of basic restaurant leadership and daily operations

·       Ability to build, train, and inspire a team and create a positive culture

·       ServSafe food-handler certification

·       Management foundation from retail or convenience store backgrounds will be considered if you have a passion for the restaurant industry

Job Responsibilities

As the General Manager in Greensburg, PA, you will have full ownership of store-level operations and the controllable financials of the business.

·       1 week paid vacation after 90 days, eligible for 2 weeks after one year
