Restaurant Manager - Danville, VA

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic, high-volume dining establishment. If you have a proven track record of optimizing labor costs, developing top-tier talent, and driving front-of-house excellence, we want you on our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

· Direct a large front-of-house team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

· Develop and promote internal talent.

· Coordinate private parties, corporate events, and community events.

· Reduce labor costs through strategic scheduling.

· Partner with BOH leadership to control food costs and inventory.

· Execute community promotional events to drive sales.

· Utilize POS systems such as TOAST or MICROS.

Qualifications

· Management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.

· Success reducing operational costs while improving service metrics.

· Strong coaching and mentoring background.

· Expertise in guest service, table management, and guest recovery.

· Experience with restaurant technology and scheduling platforms.
