About the Opportunity

An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume full-service restaurant with a robust food and beverage program and full bar in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Position Overview

The General Manager will oversee a restaurant generating approximately $5 million in annual revenue while leading a team of 80-100 employees supported by an experienced management team and culinary leadership staff.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all restaurant operations; develop managers, chefs, and hourly staff; drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction; manage P&L performance, labor, food cost, and expenses.

Qualifications

General Manager experience in high-volume full-service restaurants; experience managing $5M+ annual revenue; leadership of teams of 80-100 employees; strong P&L management history.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of $85,000-$100,000; attainable bonus; comprehensive benefits; generous PTO; work-life balance.
