Restaurant General Manager – Growing Company

Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000 + Monthly Bonus Plan

What We're Looking For

• Previous General Manager experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant
• New restaurant opening experience is a major plus
• Strong recruiting, hiring, training, and team-development skills
• Exceptional people and communication skills
• A proven ability to create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial performance, labor, food cost, and guest satisfaction
• Ability to lead by example and hold a team accountable while maintaining a positive environment
