This opportunity is designed for a hospitality professional who excels at developing teams, elevating service standards, and managing the operational details that create exceptional dining experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with senior dining leadership to oversee daily food and beverage operations.
• Support restaurant-style dining and healthcare dining services.
• Lead, coach, and develop dining managers, supervisors, and service teams.
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, service consistency, and resident satisfaction.
• Assist with departmental budgets, labor management, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Implement operational improvements and service initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and organizational standards.
• Support special events, catering operations, and resident engagement initiatives.
• Serve as a visible, approachable leader for residents and employees.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in food and beverage or dining operations.
• Experience overseeing multiple service areas or complex dining operations.
• Strong financial acumen and operational management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and resident/customer service skills.
• Senior living, luxury hospitality, private club, resort, or healthcare dining experience preferred.
• Ability to lead through collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to service excellence.
