Native New Jerseyan Sarah Hercock joins the Gecko Hospitality team with 15 years in the industry. A University of Gloucestershire graduate in Cheltenham, England, she grew in various roles at the The Kia Oval and Chelsea Football Club. Participation in such events as Royal Ascot and Chelsea Flower Show enriched her skill set, preparatory for new, diverse challenges.
Sarah began her recruitment career within hospitality, joining a London start up recruitment firm and moving from consultant to operations director throughout her nine-year period. There she serviced an array of clients such as The Ritz, Wembley Stadium, Goldman Sachs and Twickenham Stadium. Sarah is excited to re-enter the industry on this side of the Atlantic. She and her fiancé Dan live in Austin, Texas with their beloved Cavachon, Poppy. They are adventurous travelers who love trying new eateries.
