Base salary up to $50,000 + Bonuses

Our friendly outgoing managers will oversee daily operations of a high-quality Creamery in Raleigh

We are looking for the following qualifications in candidates:

• Possess at least two years of restaurant management experience
• Experience in sweetshop, smoothie, or fast casual concepts preferred
• Ability to manage up to 15 staff members
• Have two current restaurant industry references
• Possess working knowledge of word, excel, and POS systems
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Have the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. B
• Be able to pass criminal and credit background checks
• Possess current Serv Safe Certification

PLEASE note that we are looking for QUALIFIED food service professionals with PROVEN restaurant management experience.

This is a Full-Time Position. We offer above Market Compensation.
