Seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead a talented pastry team. The Executive Pastry Chef must be competent in maintaining and nurturing a strong team, have the highest quality standards and be capable of the management tasks that come with it such as product development, workflow efficiency and optimization, inventory management, food cost and labor management.

The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for the daily production of a wide variety of bakery items for  multiple outlets. Our repertoire includes croissants, danishes, puff pastry, muffins, scones, cookies, tarts, cakes, wedding cakes, savory baked goods and a plethora of seasonal items.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of similar management level experience and must have proficiency working with laminated doughs, chocolate, butter cremes, mousses, meringues, batters and tart doughs.
