Position Summary:
The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading all guest-facing operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front-of-house operations, including host stand, dining room, and bar service
- Lead, train, and develop front-of-house staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Ensure a welcoming and seamless guest experience from arrival through departure
- Address and resolve guest feedback or concerns professionally and promptly
- Manage floor operations during service, including seating flow, wait times, and staff deployment
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure strong communication and efficient service execution
- Create and manage staff schedules to align with business needs and labor targets
- Monitor and uphold cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the dining areas
- Enforce company policies, health regulations, and service protocols
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and exceptional hospitality
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in a front-of-house leadership role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, food safety standards, and local regulations
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
