Position Summary:
The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading all guest-facing operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives on hospitality, team development, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all front-of-house operations, including host stand, dining room, and bar service
  • Lead, train, and develop front-of-house staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Ensure a welcoming and seamless guest experience from arrival through departure
  • Address and resolve guest feedback or concerns professionally and promptly
  • Manage floor operations during service, including seating flow, wait times, and staff deployment
  • Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure strong communication and efficient service execution
  • Create and manage staff schedules to align with business needs and labor targets
  • Monitor and uphold cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the dining areas
  • Enforce company policies, health regulations, and service protocols
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members
  • Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and exceptional hospitality
Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of experience in a front-of-house leadership role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management style
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of hospitality best practices, food safety standards, and local regulations
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
