Key Responsibilities:


  1. Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Banquet Manager to meticulously plan and execute a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to elegant receptions, ensuring seamless operations and exceeding guest expectations.
  2. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of top-tier service and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to tailor event experiences that reflect their vision and exceed their expectations.
  4. Operational Excellence: Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring adherence to quality standards, efficient resource allocation, and meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Financial Management: Assist in budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization to drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.



Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + 5% Bonus Potential and Relocation assistance

  • Proven experience in banquet operations and event management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making, with a focus on finding effective solutions to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software, and a commitment to staying abreast of hospitality trends and best practices.
