Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared to company standards
• Lead and develop a BOH team of 100+ with daily coaching and formal performance feedback
• Conduct Taste & Temp checks and uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor ticket times and kitchen flow to deliver a smooth and timely service experience
• Maintain full compliance with employment policies, cleanliness, and guest safety standards
• Manage inventory, labor, and food costs in alignment with P&L targets
• Drive consistency and execution while building a kitchen culture rooted in excellence

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants (GM, MP, or Multi-Unit preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of financials, including P&L management
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Experience leading large teams in a high-volume kitchen
• Servant leadership mindset and a solutions-driven approach
• Ability to stay calm and lead effectively under pressure
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow within a high-performing organization
