Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure all departments run smoothly and efficiently.
Staff Management: Motivate and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Operational Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and meet financial objectives.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Inventory Management: Manage ordering and stock control.
Customer Relations: Handle feedback and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Recruitment & Training: Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
Support GM: Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Regulatory Familiarity: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in reservations, computer systems, and applications relevant to the industry.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Customer Service: A passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to upholding high standards.
