Key Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing daily operations across all service platforms including dine-in, carry out, and delivery.
• Ensuring adherence to food handling, preparation, and serving standards.
• Managing cash handling processes and overseeing multiple points of sale.
• Leading and supporting the team including servers, cooks, and all staff members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or requests.
• Implementing and maintaining company standards and expectations while fostering a respectful management approach.
• Assisting in the management of restaurant finances including sales, labor, and food costs.
• Coordinating staff training and development to uphold quality service standards.
• Enforcing health and safety guidelines in accordance with regulatory compliance.
• Ordering inventory and managing supplier relations to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on management style with a preference for working alongside team members in a fast-paced environment.
• General knowledge of restaurant operations including financial aspects such as sales, labor, and food costs.
• Cash Handling experience is a must
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
