What You Bring to the Table
We’re seeking candidates who demonstrate:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- A proven track record in team management, motivation, and development
- Expertise in restaurant or kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance
- Outstanding communication skills and a professional approach to customer service and conflict resolution
- A results-driven attitude with the ability to implement company policies and drive success
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not required)
Your Key Responsibilities
