What You’ll Do:

As the General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our restaurant. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • Being the face of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest relations and true hospitality.
  • Handling reports and analyzing sales, labor, and food costs to maximize results.
  • Managing food safety and quality assurance, including inspections for health and safety compliance.
  • Leading hiring, training, coaching, and development efforts for a stellar team.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to drive engagement and grow brand visibility.
  • Scheduling, managing online orders, and ensuring timely daily operations.
  • Staying engaged with and contributing positively to the community.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate embodies leadership, passion for hospitality, and a drive to grow. Your qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) or General Manager (GM) in fast casual or similar restaurant concepts with annual sales of $1M or more.
  • A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to multitask and handle dynamic restaurant environments effectively.
  • Proven experience in training and developing a team.
  • A demonstrated ability to grow sales and guest loyalty through excellent service and operations.
