Salary $55,000 - $75,000

Are you a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager ready to take your career to the next level? We’re opening a brand-new restaurant in Jacksonville, NC, and we’re looking for an exceptional individual to lead our back-of-house team.

What We’re Looking For

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

At least 2 years of experience as a salaried Kitchen Manager in a full-service restaurant with annual sales of $3M or more.
A winning attitude and the ability to foster a positive environment in a fast-paced kitchen.
Expertise in scheduling, purchasing large food orders, and maintaining inventory.
Comprehensive knowledge of commercial cooking equipment (including maintenance).
Strong understanding of food safety standards; ServSafe certification preferred.
The ability to travel for company-paid training.
