Your Role as Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence while inspiring and leading your team. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations to maintain exceptional food quality and memorable guest experiences.
• Building, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration and excellence.
• Overseeing inventory, controlling food costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.

• Experience: 5+ years in the restaurant industry, including 2+ years in a management role (preferably in fast-service).
