Your Responsibilities as Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving operational excellence and inspiring your team to succeed. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations to maintain top-notch food quality and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
• Building and mentoring a high-performing, collaborative team that strives for excellence every day.
• Managing inventory, controlling food costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5 years in the restaurant industry, including 2+ years in a management role (fast-service experience preferred).
