Assistant General Manager - Goldsboro, NC
Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000

We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager to support our thriving restaurant in Goldsboro. This is an exciting leadership role in which you will be responsible for managing staff performance, maintaining inventory processes, and ensuring an exceptional guest dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a track record of excellence in leading teams within high-volume, full-service casual dining establishments. Your ability to foster a team-oriented environment and consistently deliver operational efficiency will be essential to this role.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, full-service casual dining environment.
• Proven success in managing and motivating large teams while driving performance and maintaining a strong company culture.
• Expertise in coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless delivery of food and service standards.
• Strong skills in inventory control, budget management, and meeting or exceeding financial goals.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make proactive decisions under pressure.
