Salary: $100K (includes hourly rate, tips, weekly stipend for admin pay)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Lead and train a team of bar staff, fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
• Develop and curate innovative drink menus, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Manage inventory and ordering processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in a hybrid role, including 30 hours of hands-on bar work weekly and 10+/- hours of admin/supervisory duties.
• Admin responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and crafting creative cocktails.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of bar management experience, ideally in a chef-driven restaurant with a robust bar operation .
• Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills to motivate and guide the bar team.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Energetic, hands-on, and personable with a focus on creating an unforgettable guest experience.
