About the Role

As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while upholding the highest standards of quality and service. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and create memorable guest experiences that reflect our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and exceptional quality
• Support the General Manager in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
• Address guest feedback and resolve team concerns with professionalism and care
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure operational accuracy
• Supervise front-of-house operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about hospitality and team development.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of management experience in upscale casual dining
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred, but not required)
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and guide your team
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and operational standards
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
