What We’re Looking For
Â
- 1-2 years of management experience in upscale casual dining
- A degree in Hospitality Management (preferred but not required)
- A true passion for hospitality and guest service
- Proven ability to coach, train, and develop a team
- Knowledge of food & beverage preparation, safety, and sanitation
- Familiarity with local and national health codes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be pivotal to our success. Your responsibilities include:

- Leading shifts to ensure seamless operations and a positive team environment
- Assisting the General Manager with hiring, training, and leadership programs (e.g., MIT and Certified Trainers)
- Resolving guest and team member concerns promptly and professionally
- Overseeing FOH systems, including quality control, food safety, sanitation, and budgets
- Creating a safe, welcoming space for both team members and guests
- Monitoring financials for accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with restaurant goals
- Supporting the professional development of your team
