What We’re Looking For

 
  • 1-2 years of management experience in upscale casual dining
  • A degree in Hospitality Management (preferred but not required)
  • A true passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Proven ability to coach, train, and develop a team
  • Knowledge of food & beverage preparation, safety, and sanitation
  • Familiarity with local and national health codes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs


Key Responsibilities

 

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be pivotal to our success. Your responsibilities include:
 

  • Leading shifts to ensure seamless operations and a positive team environment
  • Assisting the General Manager with hiring, training, and leadership programs (e.g., MIT and Certified Trainers)
  • Resolving guest and team member concerns promptly and professionally
  • Overseeing FOH systems, including quality control, food safety, sanitation, and budgets
  • Creating a safe, welcoming space for both team members and guests
  • Monitoring financials for accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with restaurant goals
  • Supporting the professional development of your team
