What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated, hospitality-driven leader with the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of management experience in upscale casual dining
  • A degree in Hospitality Management (preferred but not required)
  • A genuine passion for exceptional guest service and hospitality
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a team
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage preparation, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Familiarity with local and national health codes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Your Role as Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving our success and delivering an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading daily shifts to ensure smooth operations and a positive team atmosphere
  • Supporting the General Manager with hiring, training, and leadership development programs (e.g., MIT and Certified Trainers)
  • Resolving guest and team member concerns swiftly and professionally
  • Overseeing front-of-house systems, including quality control, food safety, sanitation, and budgets
  • Cultivating a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff alike
  • Managing financials with precision to align with restaurant goals
  • Fostering growth and professional development within your team
