Who We’re Looking For

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, hospitality-focused leader who brings:

  • 1-2 years of management experience in upscale casual dining
  • A degree in Hospitality Management (preferred, but not required)
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, train, and develop your team
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Familiarity with local and national health codes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • The physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Your Role as Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our success. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily shifts to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive team environment
  • Supporting the General Manager with hiring, training, and leadership development initiatives, such as Manager-in-Training programs and Certified Trainers
  • Resolving guest and team concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Overseeing front-of-house operations, including quality control, food safety, sanitation, and financial management
  • Creating a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for guests and staff alike
  • Managing budgets and financials to align with the restaurant’s goals
  • Fostering growth and professional development within your team
