Your Role as Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the success of our restaurant. Your leadership, expertise, and dedication will ensure exceptional experiences for both guests and team members. Key responsibilities include:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee shifts, maintain exceptional food quality, and deliver outstanding guest service.
• Team Development: Train, mentor, and inspire staff, building a strong, motivated team culture.
• Business Management: Manage inventory, control food costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Customer Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with guests and represent our brand in local marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for a motivated, enthusiastic leader with a passion for growth and guest satisfaction.

• Experience: At least 5 years in the restaurant industry, with 2+ years in a management role (fast-service experience is a bonus).
• Leadership Skills: Energetic and proactive, able to inspire and guide teams effectively.
• Customer Service Focus: Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
