A brand-new restaurant is opening in Charlottesville, Virginia, and we are searching for passionate and experienced leaders to join our team as a Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef. What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a full-service, scratch kitchen environment.
• A passion for quality food and exceptional guest service.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Dedication to maintaining a positive and professional kitchen culture.

Your Role:

• Kitchen Manager: Oversee daily kitchen operations, manage food quality, control costs, and lead culinary staff.
• Assistant Manager: Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and assist in staff training and development.
