As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing this vision to life—leading a team, driving excellence, and creating dining experiences that guests won’t forget. With a salary of up to $70,000 and performance bonuses, this is your chance to grow alongside a forward-thinking, dynamic team.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining excellence in food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Motivate, train, and develop your team, fostering a positive, results-driven culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring satisfaction and engagement at every touchpoint.
• Drive operational and financial success through proactive planning and execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 21 years of age with 2+ years of recent restaurant management experience in fast-casual or full-service dining.
• Certifications in Food Handling and Alcoholic Beverage Service (TABC/BASSET preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to inspire and engage others.
• Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (generating $3M+ in annual sales) while adhering to food safety regulations.
