Position Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience, strong team performance, and achievement of financial goals. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive service standards, develop staff, and maintain operational excellence in a high-volume, casual dining environment.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive service standards, develop staff, and maintain operational excellence in a high-volume, casual dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including dining room, bar, and kitchen coordination
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience by upholding service standards and resolving guest concerns promptly
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and supervisors to build a strong, engaged workforce
- Monitor and control labor, food, and beverage costs to meet or exceed budgeted targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and ordering processes to maintain efficient operations
- Drive sales and profitability through local store marketing initiatives and execution of promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and growth
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume casual dining setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage financial performance, including P&L responsibility
- Knowledge of food safety standards and local health regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
