Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and lead a diverse team, cultivating a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, promptly addressing complaints and resolving issues effectively.
  • Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, achieve financial goals, and monitor key cost controls, such as labor and food expenses.
  • Quality Control: Uphold high standards for food quality, safety, hygiene, and overall compliance.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Execute marketing and sales strategies to drive customer engagement and business growth.
  • Resource Management: Maintain proper inventory and supplies, ensuring cost efficiency and availability.
  • Staff Development: Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing continuous training opportunities for growth and development.
  • Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders.
