Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role by performing the following key duties:

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Supervise and motivate the staff to uphold excellent service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and promptly resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain inventory levels, manage ordering, and avoid supply shortages.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures with consistency and fairness.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to boost skill development.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of all areas.
  • Manage daily cash handling and financial transactions with accuracy.
  • Execute marketing and promotional activities to drive engagement and sales.
  • Take charge of opening and closing procedures to guarantee operational excellence.
