Your Key Responsibilities

As Kitchen Manager, you’ll:

• Oversee food purchasing, receiving, preparation, and presentation.
• Lead and manage the Back of House team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Conduct inventory checks and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Coach and inspire team members to optimize performance and maintain quality.
• Efficiently manage kitchen costs while achieving performance goals.
