Your Role as Culinary Manager
As the Culinary Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our success by leading daily operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee meat fabrication, meal preparation, wine bar services, and retail operations with efficiency and precision.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute plans for budgeting, labor management, and cost control (COGS).
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a team dedicated to excellence and hospitality.
- Safety Standards: Uphold the highest food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Guest Satisfaction: Deliver premium, top-quality dining experiences that exceed expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Leadership: At least 2 years of experience in a Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Financial Savvy: Strong capabilities in budgeting, labor cost management, and analyzing financial performance.
- Culinary Skills: Proficiency in meat cutting; ServSafe certification is a bonus.
- Interpersonal Strengths: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Retail Experience: Background in retail or grocery operations is an advantage, but not required.
