As our Sous Chef, you’ll play a pivotal role in the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and culinary excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day culinary operations
- Coordinating food and kitchenware orders
- Ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assisting in the development of innovative menu items
- Standardizing recipes and plate presentations
- Collaborating with management to create memorable guest experiences
- Proven experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
