What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 4+ years of leadership experience, ideally in food service or hospitality operations.
• Strong business acumen, including solid math skills and proficiency with Point of Sale systems.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in the primary language(s) of the customer base.
• A hands-on leadership style that inspires and mentors a high-performing team.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including extended periods of standing when required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and 21+ years of age.

Key Responsibilities

As General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of daily operations, creating exceptional experiences for both guests and employees. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring outstanding guest experiences by fostering a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
• Recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team.
• Maintaining consistency in product quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Developing local marketing strategies and building community relationships.
• Managing staffing, scheduling, and labor budgets.
• Overseeing administrative tasks such as financial controls, evaluations, and paperwork.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Conducting regular equipment inspections and overseeing preventive maintenance.
• Creating an environment that is fun, safe, and inclusive for your team.
