Your Role

As our Executive Sous Chef, you will work alongside the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, craft innovative menus, and oversee catering events. Your leadership will ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to uphold excellence in food preparation and presentation.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory processes, and cost control.
  • Lead catered events and special functions with precision and creativity.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation regulations, and company standards.
  • Support the rollout of new culinary programs and initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Education: Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of progressive leadership in high-volume kitchens or institutional settings.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of food safety, cost management, and kitchen best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and kitchen management software is a plus.
  • Certifications: ServSafe Certification is preferred.
  • Leadership: Exceptional communication, organization, and team-building skills.
