About the Role

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our daily operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. By leading with integrity and enthusiasm, you’ll foster a culture of service excellence, support your team’s growth, and create an inviting atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate exceptional guest experiences and deliver unparalleled service.
• Collaborate with your team on daily updates, projections, and special offerings.
• Oversee staff schedules, maintain proper coverage, and manage overtime.
• Be a visible leader on the dining floor, setting and exceeding service standards.
• Train, mentor, and guide staff to deliver top-tier hospitality.
• Coordinate seating flow and manage guest needs, including special requests.
• Liaise with the kitchen to ensure smooth service and address guest feedback.
• Promote wine pairings and elevate the overall dining experience.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training efforts, focusing on menu expertise, wine service, and fine dining etiquette.
• Maintain staff professionalism and address performance concerns as needed.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to align with service standards.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager (preferred).
• Strong background in fine dining is highly desirable.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
