Position: Sous Chef

Job Description:
As the Sous Chef, you’ll be the Executive Chef’s trusted partner, ensuring every dish is executed to perfection. You’ll step into the Executive Chef’s role when needed, taking charge of kitchen operations and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your role will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of kitchen professionals to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Driving top-line sales and guest satisfaction through superior culinary execution.
  • Problem-solving on the fly to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
  • Training and developing new team members to uphold our standards of excellence.
