Position: Sous Chef
Role Overview:
As a Sous Chef, you’ll serve as the Executive Chef’s trusted second-in-command, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and consistency. You’ll step into the Executive Chef’s role when necessary, overseeing kitchen operations and maintaining an environment of excellence, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of culinary professionals to deliver outstanding food and service.
- Collaborate with the team to drive top-line revenue and guest satisfaction through flawless culinary execution.
- Solve day-to-day challenges with creativity and poise to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
