What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a candidate who brings:

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • A proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop teams
  • Expertise in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost controls, and food safety compliance
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer service and conflict resolution
  • A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to implement company policies and achieve targets
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • A degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred, but not essential)

Your Role as Kitchen Manager

As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in:

  • Overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure seamless, efficient service
  • Leading, inspiring, and supporting staff to exceed guest expectations consistently
  • Enforcing company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Managing inventory, controlling food and labor costs, and driving profitability
  • Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to devise strategies for growth and operational improvements
  • Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to build and maintain a top-performing team
